no local gvt council,no state gvt everything is buhari. Lets learn to channel complains to the appropriate quarters. this kind of a village bridge should have been done by even d local council if the community elders and leaders actually did what should have been done. besides, what makes anyone think the bridge has not been awarded and the money stolen? This is nigeria where life means nothing to the leaders. I pity Nigeria and Nigerians. Rip to the poor children.
