It's very very unfortunate that Ogun state is going through this at this point in time.the state is one of the most blessed state in the whole of Nigeria in terms of resources but the people managing the affairs of the state are nothing but bad managers,the proximity of the state to Lagos let alone the enormous resources is enough to transform the whole state to next mega city after Lagos,in fact paying salaries and any form of dues or wages should be the least of the problem if there should be any at all facing the state,Lagos is not complaining about recession Ogun has no excuse,if the governor and his team can look inward and give technocrats the opportunity to come in and show them the way.

If post is true, then let the property be confiscated by the nation immediately and let him be probed EFCC.

I am nt here to defend any politician, but as at today amosun is still d best governor ogun state has ever produced. As human, I knw he can't b perfect without any flaws, bt I want to be frank that ogun civil servants are already spoilt by Otunba Gbanga Daniel whom dey claim is the best governor ever because he gives money out without any remorse. by so doing many still compare OGD with SIA interns of civil servant welfare but the've forgotten what the economy was then and now. With my understanding, I know he is owing salary deductions for few month and some pple complains of loan deductions but still have they forgotten they still get something home at the end of the month compared to there colleagues in oyo, osun nd some other states, Is it nt thesame economic recession that is affecting them all. I think what really caused all this is cuz of hs personal project that is still progressing despite hs claim that the state is broke.. my question is, is it a crime for 8yrs senator + 6yrs governor to have 2 giant private project going on concurrently and yet still in progress when other state project has been halt due to lack of fund in the state purse. Remember, he is an individual, the state purse might b dry bt hs own personal pocket might still be fresh. So u won't expect him to run ogun civil servant with his personal money.

Thanks for the info boy, I stay in Ogun state Sango Otta to be precise, I have been in otta over 7yrs and i have been plying through for decades and i know how bad the roads in otta is before the emergence of Amosun. Also i know little about Abeokuta cos i do drive through Abeokuta to Ibadan and i know how bad those road is prior to Amosun and i know how it is now.. I know you are part of those that says Oshiomole never did anything in Edo.

Nigerians Sha!! This building is not for a residential purpose. The land isn't up to an acre. Where would the security stay? How can a governor build a house in this kind of situation? Well, I studied marketing at Moshood Abiola polytechnic before I gained admission into University of ilorin. The governor's ongoing mansion is situated at Ibara estate. It's an underground house. Don't quote me wrong, I'm not supporting him but that building is business oriented. I think he has tried in Ogun state, he transformed it to a commercial state. If he does this for himself, I don't think it's too much. This is what I keep saying, let's stop being tribalistic. Governor Wike acquired an armored car worth #300 million, none of us is talking about that but if a Yoruba man or an Hausa man does something, the Igbos will start to criticize them. We can't CHANGE if we continue with this attitude
Please, I'm begging us to stop this. Most of us do not live in a well furnished house not to talk of a car. Those people have established outside the country and we're here yelling!

it in a deplorable state, maintenence would have saved the area nd limit the hold up we witness nowadays, even the road at panseke is about giving way, (observed a pot hole), this single pothole might lead to failure of the whole pavement bit by bit!!! As an engineer the lifespan of a well paved road is 25yrs..

But with the it still better than most state in South East and i trust Amosun to repair them soon.
