Benue State Government has commissioned a billboard after a year and half of the present administration.
The billboard was donated to Benue state ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment by Mr. Dese Dzenda, a Lecturer in the Department of Fine and Applied Arts, College of Education Katsina-Ala.

Governor Samuel Ortom who was represented by the acting Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Dr. Bem Melladu commended Mr. Dzenda for his generosity, saying the billboard will go along way to enlighten the general public on the new nomenclature of the ministry which was previously the ministry of Commerce and Industry.

The Commissioner for Industry, Trade and Investment, Dr. Tersoo Kpelai thanked Mr. Dzenda for the donation also commended the acting SSG for coming to commission the billboard.

He was seen to be too much of a Suswam stooge. That was his undoing- otherwise, he would have won hands down. Also, the wave of APC tsunami which originated from Abuja worked in the incumbent's favour. Hell, dude decamped after he was denied the PDP ticket only for Akume to hand him the party's flag.

Regrettable tragedy.

Nigerian governors generally need a re orientation. This is a travesty. One can't even start to imagine how much was expended on the commissioning ceremony
