2gb and above ram is okay. I have an Intel core i7 5th gen it's quite expensive ...

But you can get an Intel core i5 or even i3 3rd gen is okay.


Just get a cool laptop with nice ram you are good to go in as far it's programming you don't need heavy laptop

A mini laptop can even be used.

Aside the advice given to you by other post before buying a laptop for programming let me ask you this few questions what kind programming exactly do want to learn

SQL Server
Oracle

Dreamweaver
