Mynd44:You got it wrong they flooded the market with oil to curtail American shale oil producers who are actually a greater threat to the oil market and eating into opec market share. Remember they still have over $500 billion in foreign reserves so they aint broke perse but adopting mitigating measures against further oil price shocks. |
