You can use the white background you just snapped. you won't use more than 3 in camp.. If i can remember well, i think i used 2.
The ICT also have your details including your passport which you have uploaded.. But you can still enough passport along to be used after camp.

About the one with NYSC crested vest, that one will be taken by a NYSC accredited photographer in camp. You pay a token or so and you will get your 2 passports. 1 will be retained and the other will be taken by you.
