There must be a:

National Kidnappers Council.

National Armed Robbers Council.

National Drug Dealers Council.

National Terrorists Council.

National Pipeline Council.

National Ritualist Council.

National Unemployed Citizens Council.

National Prostitutes Council.

National Igbo Council.

National Yoruba Council.

National Hausa Council.

National Everybody Council.

Law Enforcement agents should BY NO MEANS attempt to investigate or prosecute ANY MEMBER of these Councils without recourse to the Council itself!! We have equal rights as citizens of this country under the constitution!!

Their cops have the power to pull you over and harass you, even arrest at will. And when they kill you, they almost always get away with it.

Does DSS forward complaint to NJC or its the other way round. DSS job is to investigate and prosecute. NJC already have those petitions some since as far back as 2011. Makes no sense waiting for DSS to forward another complaint.

first SSS (DSS is an illegal acronym, unknown in law) does not prosecute.
They are statutorily required to turn in the results of their investigations to the (1)NSA ( for matters relating to national security for appropriate actions) .(2) police for matters relating to infringement on criminal justice system. (3) the Attorney General for prosecution (4) NJC, Army council, police services commission etc
If they have confidential information that warrants suspension of operators in these specialised services.
Procedurally they know that they can't convict anybody in any law court, that's why they are clamouring for jankara suspension.
First you don't arrest a federal officer using a magistrates warrant.
Second your search need to be meticulously transparent. Which judge will admit as evidence a box of cash purported to have been recovered by 2am witnessed only by DSS operatives.

Sting operations are normally accompanied by surveillance reports and video evidence of arrest in the presence of independent witnesses.

None of these requirements were met. In fact the whole scenario is very annoying.

DSS can arrest anybody at anytime and at any place for actions that constitute a threat to national security. There is nothing like "magistrate's warrant" in law. Warrant is a warrant and can either be signed by a judge, magistrate or justice of the peace. So dont spread falsehood. The arrest of the judges is 100% in order. Period!
