please help, can brain box affect the gear selection of a lexus jeep rx 300 2000model 4wheel drive? this started when i changed my brain box.
though my rewire scanned it and told me its the gear and when we took it to a gear specialist, he said there is nothing wrong with the gear that the brain box is not yet compatible with the jeep .
the jerking is only felt when am on top speed for the car moves very well.
it was never like this until now after the brain box was stolen.

Why did you change your previous ECU? If you had scan the car. Post the scan result(s) here. If you need a solution and you are in lagos call multi autolab on 08156087872 or 08165520837

The car was vanderlised and the ECU was stollen. the jerking was noticed after i got the new (tokunbo) ECU.

Post or send me the VIN of the car and the part number of the brainbox let me cross check.

Your issue is simple.

Car was working fine before ECU was stolen.
Car is misbehaving after a new ECU was installed.
