Haven't they heard that Buhari's change administration is fighting corruption and blocking "wastages" in government, from the Judiciary to the political arena. Also they are diversifying into agriculture. Very soon dangote is building a refinery, investing in agriculture and very soon he will be exporting rice - and he is a Nigerian - so through him we will be exporting rice, fried rice, tin tomatoes, bread agege, suya, chicken, palm oil, crude oil etc

All these PDP/IPOB yoot/Niger Delta Avengers have bribed that clueless and corrupt IMF/World Bank to sabotage the change administration......

hahahahaha abi o. There is a reason they call them the lender of last resort hahaha. Its where you go to when your nation has hit rock bottom. They lend you money when it seems no one else will Chei!

Its like payday loans over here, they are all over the hood. They are for low income and what people regard as less than credit worthy (sub-prime).
