Things I have noticed .
1),dollars is extremely scarce ,most especially since banks stopped FX on naira cards
2)all these skills and Neteller tinz aren't the real world and it isn't satisfying any meaningful demand . There is no where u will get adequate supply of dollars for 430-440,that is the bitter truth.

3) if you need cheap dollars ,you either earn it by working for it or you steal it . Apart from these ways,there is no cheap dollars.
4) the desperation of ppl to get these cheap dollars through all these skrill or e currency methods has led to many been scammed and many more will still be scammed.
The truth is if you need dollars for real quick business ,you have no choice but the black market.
