Thank God for her life and those caring for her
I have said it before that it is possible to live a healthy life with sickle cell issues. All you need is care and not pity
Drink plenty of water
Take plenty of fruits and vegetables
And quickly see your health care provider when you have health issues. And you will be fine
Stay away from strong drinks, and even soft drinks
Some persons they drink soft drinks instead of water.
Please drink water and not soft drink, soft drinks will will kill you even before the sickle cell itself.
