You became victim of scam because the price he promised to sell BTC to you was cheaper, instead going to certified e-currency exchangers to buy BTC, you went to patronise a random guy on Facebook. My advice is for you to go the nearest police and make a report, the police will get a court order in your behalf and give to Sky Bank, the bank will block his account. On the court order, they should indicate that when his account is blocked and he comes to bank to complain, the bank should call the police without his knowledge and get him arrested. When going to the police, make sure you go along with evidence of your communications with him and proof of payment. |
