comshots:the Answer is: There is Federal Constitution and State Constitution, Sharia constitution is a law adopted by all the Northerland states within Nigeria and any others Islamic Country within the West Africa. But still Federal Constitution surpass the Sharia law. Meanwhile, to me, is like those powerful people in Northerland especialy those in politics are using it to hunting the ordinary people because when any political office holder catch under the Sharia Law they will tell u that their duties and office hold under Federal Constitution not Sharia and they wouldn't allow to be tried under Sharia Court because they know the implications. If they are really practice this law the Northerland could have be ok as mecca and dubai. Because that is their Constitution there. |
