Sorry for late reply dunamit.
It is likely your babies are teething and their gums are disturbing them. If they are not old enough to use a teether, they will use their hands... there is nothing really you can do as it is thier own way of relieving the pressure.

You can only try to clean their hands as often as you can. But it will most likely resolve itself.

However if you are worried, you can always go see your peadiatrician to rule out any other nasties that may cause the stooling.
