If the next of kins name is in the letter of administration, then is easy to transfer ownership of account. |

jeyselassie:I don't know what the policy of banks abroad is in relation to this...but like I said before, no account is opened without the details of the next of kin. The next of kin has a next of kin/family too... U have the Probate Court... Take ur issue there. They will decide who the bank remits the funds to (Estate of the deceased). |
