nope it doesn't, most recently android device ship with OTG without the OEM making notice about it. That feature is becoming as regular as phones shipping with standard headphone jack

Then save more and get the redmi 4 instead. The official price for thr redmi 4A is $74, while the redmi 4 with finger print and a slightly better hardware overall costs $104 officially. There is also an even better prime version that is pricier. Until you add third parties 'commission don't tap your calculator yet.
