Some of the rice we buy as foreign are local repackaged in foreign bags.

It happened to me last week I bought thailand rice but I later realized it the local rice bagged and sold exorbitantly as foreign, the rice test good, so from now I will just buy the local rice directly with no one scamming me.

The way things are going, it's like we will be left with nothing to eat than RICE. . . I mean RICE only with nothing like stew or meat. . .
The concentration is on Rice alone

A 25 litre gallon of palm oil is now #17,000, or is that o he foreign palm oil

I was complaining about buying it so expensive @ #6000 few months ago now I am regretting not buying like 5 of those gallons back then

Local rice is around 12k per 50k in Port Harcourt

Rice Price is still the same since the ban on Rice Importation because Daura's partner has trucks load stuck at the boarder yet we have Uncountable tonnes of Rice from Kebbi, Kaduna and Jigawa state. Someone smell Conspiracy to sell us Benin Rep rice as the ones from Kebbi... Scam until the price is reduced to at least 12,000

I learnt the big businessmen export the rice to tuese WAfrican countries, collect dollars in exchange, come back change the dollars here

Greetings to You Dear Mr. President, our Political Office Holders and my Fellow Nigerians, I suggest we make the best use of this tenure to fix the basic FOUNDATIONAL PROBLEM to all our problems as an emerging Great Country: the AVERAGE NIGERIAN MINDSET! Here we can fix the many issues of our Country by using 'ONE STONE to kill a thousand birds'.
Nigeria was not as bad as this, we started becoming like this when we started *THINKING WRONGLY *
Let us use the MIND RE-DRIVE STRATEGY. This is by renewing the minds of Nigerians (as many are with respect to Integrity, corrupt) through an AGGRESSIVE value reorientation campaign using all forms of Public and Private Agencies and media; Tv, radio, internet Print media, even the movies, musical artistes etc.
If the President through his powers ( with our Governors and other Political office holders) together with the teeming population can reproduce an 'Integrity' mindset in the average citizen, his work will be made much more easy in fixing Nigeria, cutting down the giant tree of Nigeria problems from its MAIN ROOT.
'Get a person to think of doing a thing AND he will ACTUALLY and ENTHUSIASTICALLY do it.' Get the Nigerian person to think of doing the right thing righlty AND he will ACTUALLY and ENTHUSIASTICALLY do the right thing rightly.'
Then will we have many 'high integrity persons' almost everywhere, fixing Nigeria. This way, the 'REAL POSITIVE CHANGE' will be deeply entrenched and sustainable for future generations.
It will surely take us time and much sacrifice, but we will get there if we persist!
A tree cannot make a forest alone, BUT CAN, through reproduction. Just Imagine if every Nigerian was thinking and acting with integrity at the various levels of our society, how our Country will be, Paradise!

Of all the places in the world of high cost of living. PH sells rice for 12k. Please, can you do a short documentary of this from any rice shop in the state let's see. Am sure that way people will confirm how true. Even here in Ibadan the lowest price of those small grain is sold for 17k
