The election of Donald Trump as president is a bitter pill to swallow for millions of Americans — and some are backing a quixotic campaign to reverse that outcome.

As of Friday afternoon, more than 2.4 million people had signed a petition to the U.S. Electoral College, urging its members to ignore their states’ votes and cast their ballots for former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

“Mr. Trump is unfit to serve. His scapegoating of so many Americans, and his impulsivity, bullying, lying, admitted history of sexual assault, and utter lack of experience make him a danger to the Republic,” wrote Elijah Berg, who launched the petition on Change.org.

Permit me to quote you. Actually, some of you don't know how the US presidential election work. Popular votes don't make a candidate a winner (Hillary Clinton as a case study). So also as electoral majority voters winner (Trump in this instance, for now he's only a president elect) don't automatically become a substantive president until the electoral college electors confirmed it. This simply means that the electoral college electors are the main deciders of who will become the president - so far Trump stand a better chance, yet it's not over for Mrs. Clinton until after Dec 19.

Well, as rare and herculean as it seem so far, Trump may not likely become a substantive US president come Dec 19. . . . But personally I pray and hope he scales through. He worked for it and deserves it, despite his shortcomings. By the way, who as a human being doesn't have personal shortcomings?

The president has won. Won't change anything...

Trump will change America for the better. America is fortunate to have him at the white house. He will serve the interest of Americans but he do deals with war and I think this is all about cunning gentlemen in politics who are out to cause problems, sell Arms and make blood money.

I don't think anything can be changed because Trump has started receiving secrets from State security that only Presidents receive.
