I've been working on a mixtape and I need to buy an instrumental for one of the songs from a US based producer so I can legitimately put the single on iTunes when I'm done with it. Unfortunately he only accepts PayPal and as you know in Nigeria, under this regime we can't use naira ATM cards to make international purchase talkless of using PayPal. If anyone can help me out with this I.e I'll transfer the money to your account and you'll help me buy it from him using PayPal. Its not a large sum of money, just about $20. Please any nairalander that has done this sort of transaction should PLEASE refer me to a tested and trusted person that can help me out with this as I'm afraid of falling for a scammer. Thank you very much in advance.

Use a GT master card, they allow a max of 100 dollars per month.

That's a problem too, I'm in a private university and there are only three banks on campus: Wema, Skye, and Fidelity bank. And to go out na problem. Also, he only accepts PayPal. And I heard Nigeria has been blocked from PayPal

You can make payment via paypal in Nigeria, it is only receiving payment you cannot do.
