I bought 5gb etisalat data plan from Maxibrainz, but i've not been able to use it since. Every time i try to connect to the net i get you run out of data message, then the browser keep directing me to etisalat portal to buy a data bundle.

I inquired from the seller about what to do but he doesn't have a clue, ive migrated to PAYGO tariff, thinking that it'll solve my problem but to no avail, instead my balance was drained to 0 and im back to square one.

Has anybody faced this problem before if so how did you solve it, any help will be appreciated, thanks?

Note: My sme data balance is still at 4990mb
