I'm not sure of the photocopy own buh since u have ur certificate u can use the photocopied ID or u go to ur department and tell them u want to use it for Nysc in camp they will give u..I also grad last year.

I don't think there's any call up number that starts with 1xx, I have only seen 3xx and 4xx.
