Hi friends, for the past one week now I have been having problem getting H+ on my itel 1506. The problem just started recently, I do get 2g network but whenever i click on 3g only the phone doesn't get service at all even when I click on 2g/3g it gets just 2g.

hahhaahha u cud simply test another network sim on the mobile device ,if symptoms persist,contact your manufacturer.

It has the same problem both on my glo and mtn sim in it, but how can I contact my manufacturer if I want to do so??

Hello Benten401, please check if the erea you stayed is covered by 3G network or not. if yes, you can try another Simcard. If the problem persists, you can try to counsel with operator or local Carlcare Service Center. Thank you!
