The abolishing of ATM use abroad was to strengthen the local currency. I know first-hand of many mega business men who used banks to defraud the Naira by opening several accts, esp in the North (where indiv & even underaged citizens have multiple Voters Card) and used these multiple Voter's cards to open several accts wt different banks & thus were able to access Multiple ATM cards with which they travrl to countries like Dubai, China, USA, Etc and withdraw Dollars @ Intl rate & this resulted to transactions in Trillions of Naira & by implication, strengthen the Dollar against our Naira. All sorts contributed to the fall in the value of Naira. That's y it is said that what goes around comes around, Buhari allowed his brother, JEGA, to defraud the Nigerian electorate by using electronic voter's cards while ensuring his kindred had multiple ATM cards to rig thr election against Jonathan , but Karma also turned around & saw the same kindred using the same Voter's Cards to defraud Buharis economy.
Make we all fear God, Karma is still in law, just like Law of Gravity.

Bro are you trying to say their was no corruption during obasango's regime, or yar'adua? Why didn't yar'adua blame obasango but rather he created a 7point agenda and tried to work towards it before his demise. Nigeria experienced the worst corruption in her history when yar'adua was on sick bed and his wife was the one silently running affairs of the country.
Jonathan took over and never blamed yar'adua' family for the problems facing the country rather he employed sound minds to help him(because no man is an island and two or more good heads are better than one.) run the affairs of the country and lifted the status of Nigeria economy no number one in Africa.
Then came buhari who instead of working decided to play the blame game and mind your brother the worst case of corruption in the history of Nigeria is happening now under this same buhari. See wether you like it or not buhari and the north were never ready to rule all their agenda was just to collect power from Jonathan (south) so the can continue their "born to rule " idea.
Buhari came to revenge and punish Nigerians. That's the honest truth.
