Depends on how you look at it...
General Painting and light fittings not complete. Stand-alone Total Solar panels installation had been completed by got damaged by a storm. To be reinstalled again by Total Solar. Compound and driveway flooring not done.
Saving some cash for some of those nice led lighting of yours.
