Remove the phones battery,sims and memory card and leave it for like 2hours if the problem persist then change the phones led

I use 2 watsap....one has diff grups and d oda has no grups...dew to update of d app... I believe I mistakely switch d numbers...d one dats had group moved to d oda number...av tried changing d numba...still same problem... help
