I've sent a mail to flexi... and stated many of the challenges encountered.... everything will be fixed in a short-while....lets be patient

I'm having problem with the site, have been on step 2/15 for 2days. "Unable to load and save my records"
I have even tried it in all times of the days; morning, afternoon, midnight, very early morning. Yet no way...
Pls someone that encountered this problem should tell me way forward.

The site is just so crappy, be like say PTDF no want many applicants this year. I'm stuck in Step 4/15, adding O/Level subjects.

I am highly discouraged from applying for this scholarship going by the various issues peopled have encountered.

Who has an idea when the exam is coming up and is there going to be an interview for successful candidates that passed the test?

Just trying to take an informed decision with the information I seek.

I have been able to successfully submit mine with just some little logic, but I hope it's the same submission everywhere ooo... I did stage 1 with a Chrome browser on my system then logged out, proceeded with my web Browser on my phone but it stopped working at stage 12. So I switched over to opera mini and completed it

Goodnews guyz....I have finally submitted today after persistent trial for 3wks . My advice is - Use different browsers. If you are having challenge at any stage, use another browser. Don't give up easily, it calls for patience. I actually used chrome and MS Edge. For the reference stage, shorten your comment on the fields. When you get to Personal Statement, ensure your statement isn't more than 600 words and use microsoft edge browser to pass that stage. You can actually submit using microsoft edge. Obviously, the site is unstable, so ensure your network connection is stable....Goodluck guyz!

Hey friends, I have just attempted to purchase my PIN now. I got payment receipt from FlexiSoft Edu.... which includes a Reference number, amount charged and my card digit.

My Qs is, could that Reference number be my PIN or I Should wait for PTDF to send me my PIN?
