I've been active on this job search forum for quite some time. I've applied to virtually all job posting here but none has yielded any result.
I did not type this to bore you guys, I actually possess a typing speed of 58 to 60 words per minute and I am also very good with the internet. In addition I am good with Ms word, Excel Corel draw and I am currently undergoing self-training in web design. I will be grateful if any nairalander can assist me with a job in this regard or better still give me bulk typing contracts.

PS: I am a graduate of Economics from kogi state university with 2.1 and I am also open to any other job listing nairalanders might have for me. I reside in lagos

Hey bro better don't give up. Just keep applying and praying as well. And try to apply for jobs immediately you see them cos so many people are applying for jobs these days and employers may not even know how to sort the CVs and they just pick from the people who applied early.
An employer advertised a job and around 1k people are applied for the job. So its very competitive out here, but believe and keep faith.
Also try to improve your CV and cover letter as well. in the cover letters you write, try to market yourself as possible. write in a way that will convince the employer you are the right fit for the job. And also your CV should be structured to fit the job position you are applying for.
God's grace bro!

Get off the internet and go apply physically. Many people rely on internet application which sometimes get ignored by employers. So go to that factory or office u are interested in. Physical presence trumps internet gibberish. shocked

Plus when u are there physically u can roll and grovel on the floor till they answer u. grin cheesy

I'd have love to help, but honestly you're too qualified for the job. It's just a customer Service job in an ICT firm at Oregun, Lagos.

Maybe If I come across something better okay? wink

But by the way, Are you computer literate? and can you blog?

Job Searching Tips
1) Do not waste your time applying to EVERY SINGLE vacancy. Faith is a great quality but you also need to be realistic; if your qualifications do not match as required, someone else's would hence why you were not called for further consideration.
2) Be patient, driven, highly motivated, and determined to work hard.
3) Follow https://www.facebook.com/gainrecruitment/ on facebook - not because we want awareness. We actually upload job vacancies regularly. Something might turn up that suits you, so it would be great you are aware early enough before others so you too can have the opportunity and fair chance that others are getting.

Best of luck.
