Good day here. The issues started few weeks ago, I noticed that whenever I sweat or stress myself a little; walking under the sun, trying to force myself to laugh, trying to forcefully wear clothes for my niece, or staying in a heat place for few minutes. Whenever I do all these, I experience prickly heat and I'm not comfortable with it. It will stop once I move to a cool place. I hardly laugh to jokes because of this,bcoz it will lead to prickly heat.
In other to treat this ,I used Antihistamine, but no improvement. I had a related case [little swelling on my skin] like this few years ago which got treated with Pred [Prednisolone and printin]. Please kindly help me out!!!

Am kinda going through same thing... I can't go out when it's sunny nor engage in physical activities.... How did you successfully overcome it??
