Jumai(don't have much knowledge on them).

it's affecting every body, it shouldn't be a medium which you use in pushing yourself back and there is nothing anyone can do about it. The only advice I have for you is to brainstorm what you really want to sell online. And ask your questions if you find them difficult to start.

Good question. I know the increase in dollars in equivalent to niara is killing,but you can overcome it,don't get discouraged.
First thing to do is to make a change of plan. Use plan B. Here's it:
Now instead of selling on local markets, try selling on international markets.

Because your transactions is now in dollars for dollars.
E.g Buy from alibaba or aliexpress and sell on Amazon or Ebay.

I currently don't sell on local stores so i worry less about the FX. You can purchase item's and keep them in your residence while you await prospective buyers from your storefront. Alternatively, you can use konga service point as your shipping address when importing your goods.To enable them store anyd fulfill your item when you receive an order.(only if you're a seller on konga)

You Yes you can. But wait, don't invest yet. These what you'll do to get started.
I believe you have a smartphone. walk into any physical store that has your ideal kind of product you would like to sell on Konga Or Jumai.Be sure you're well dressed. Introduce yourself and finally, tell them what you came for. E.g

"Good day sir/madam, My name is Jude joseph i am a digital marketer and an online entrepreneur who advertise goods and services for prospective consumers, and i would like to be advertising your products on Konga and Jumai to drive more sales for you".

You can use something better.They could hire you to be advertising even more than you expected.

After all your explanations and you were finally giving a go ahead, use your smartphone or a camera if you have. capture as many items as you want products(make sure you capture at least five shots per item) and use a photoshop editor to convert the background to white.
Now you can open a shop on Jumai or Konga and list them there.

I believe your 5,000 is still in your pocket. just keep it and watch how successful you could be without investing with it.

Have you gotten a profitable niche to dominate on ebay? The question here should be

"how do I get to know the profitable items".

When you're clear with that, then looking for the item online from aliexpress and dhgate
shouldn't be a problem because you can find almost everything saleable you can think of..

Just find an evaluate a profitable Niches first.

Before I proceed,there are some relevant tools you need to have before moving ahead.
A Payooner card or a
Domiciliary account with dollar credit card.
USA address(optional)
Phone number(optional).
With these tools, you're at 50% on your way into the big e-commerce industry.

Now let's get started.
By now you have figured out what you really want to sell on amazon .But if you still don't, you can make use of the amazon search bar, google search engine or some relevant analytics software like Terapeak which you can use to know the market analysis about the high selling products and how profitable a product is.

Sidenote: Selling on amazon is not as blogging. Therefore your passions and your hobbies have less or no role to play there.
all you need is a product with high demand in the market and its profitability.

Now you've found a niche, its time to find a supplier/drop shipper.
you can use the google search engine but be careful not to fall into the hands of foreign online gluttons.Look out on Alibaba or it's subsidiary express date, etc they are perfect places to find suppliers for your products.

diligently look out for good suppliers with the best reviews ever

Now there is two common way to get a store front on amazon.
creating a store on amazon to sell directly or create a storefront with some third party software such as Shopify big commerce,etc and get them linked to your amazon seller account.

But am the only going to teach you how to sell directly from your amazon sellers account.

Go to www.amazon.com
Scroll down to the footer section and find and click on"sell on amazon" The sellers page opens
click on "Start your free trial"
Click through.
Fill in all your details except for the first address required, use a US address, (Register on shipito or any mailbox forwarding company to get one).
Use your real phone number in other to get an instant verification.
now you'll be directed to fill in your credit card details. fill diligently.

Note: Contact your card issuer to give you the actual billing address to be used with your card, because amazon card verification is very quick to detect any inaccuracy with on your billing address.

Fill and complete your tax questionnaire and sign electronically with just your name and date.

In less than 5 munites your store would be up and running.but Remember that you're a tenant on amazon, so you don't play around doing something else because you will be billed at the end of every month.
Get down, list your products and expect your first sale.

Getting your product and listing them has only two ways to get it done.
Manually copying and pasting orders your suppliers to get it delivered or Automatically filling your orders with the help of some software That can independently list your inventories (items)
Process Orders
Delivery Orders
Update your shop and notify you whenever your items are out of stock.
You only have to add some SEO mechanics to drive more sales for you.
But whichever way you use is okay. You still don't have to handle or see the products you display on your store.

Important information:
Be genuine and honest when selling on amazon else you'll get swept off.
Don't use someone else credit card, except you want to use the person name and billing address.
DONT CHANGE YOUR IP!!
Don't Use a Fake Email.

I believe the whole process has been really fun and enjoyable.
