I'm stranded at ketu, Lagos at the moment. I was credited today
and I tried withdrawing but the machine keep saying
"insufficient balance" but when I checked the balance on
my account balance via atm, I saw my money beneath "ledger
balance" & I'm unable to withdraw it. why is this so please? What a black Friday indeed huh

If it is less than 1k, then it means you have reached your limit. Otherwise, try and make a transfer to an account to get a new balance and retry.
