The photos below were taken in Abuja on November 21st when a helicopter belonging to the Nigerian police was used to distribute flyers to residents of the FCT. The Public Complaint Rapid Response Unit (PCRRU) flyers are produced in English, Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba and Pidgin English Languages, and according to the Inspector General of police, Idris Kpotum, who also commissioned the flyers, they are for the benefits of the generality of Nigerians and to re-emphasize that the Police is a friend. He added that the police is accessible to all members of the public, that the public can rely on them and appreciate the need to continue to cooperate and support the Nigeria Police Force throughout the country in carrying out constitutional duties and other tasks associated with the protection of life and property.
