A friend need my honest answer but i need your honest answer too to be able to give him my final advise:

" I have never slept with a woman (have sexual intercourse). But i know, i had lusted and mastubated, kissed and cuddle with a lady. Am i still a virgin? "

Backing with references from the Bible will be appreciated. Thanks.

No you are not a virgin. You imagined having sex with a woman and you physically performed the sexual act so how are you still a virgin? But if it will make you feel better, yes you are a virgin cheesy

From the above results, to be a virgin is NOT having sexual intercourse (physical penetration of penis into vigina). But give my own conclusion, i categories virgins into two:
1. Physical virgin
2. Spiritual virgin

Physical virgins are those never had SEXUAL INTERCOURSE ( check the meaning above).
While
Spiritual Virgins are those who never involve in sex(check the meaning above) and sexual activity (check the meaning above).

SUMMARY: For this question, he is physically a virgin but spiritually not a virgin. Advice and encourage him to continue without involving into sexual intercourse and ask God to have mercy on him for involving in mastubation, lust and thoughts that leads to sex. God bless you!
