Nonsense, sensational news! There is no where in that pics that voters are collecting snacks. As if we hv not been to a polling unit before.
This could be party officials distributing refreshment to party agents from one polling unit to another.

I was an adhoc staff where a voter simply brought some packs of premium water for us. It's called civic responsibility.
