My location is close federal college of education Osiele. price of land depend on its closness to the express road

First i would adress the question about having water loged land. You are probably talking about swampy land for dry season farming. Yes i have swamp lands. But you must note, swamp land mostly lay deep in the bush. most ofsuch are not close to the road.

But We land sellers dont like doing it because the price of the land could go up And you would have tied the land down.
