The loss of a love one is always a sad experience, especially at such a relatively young age. RIP. May the lord comfort his family

What is even wrong with bungalow? Is mansion passport to heaven?

Even if na bungalow, if the mother felt loved & appreciated while alive, even a BQ makes no difference. All this worship of wealth & opulence na wa.

No wonder we have so much corruption.

Build a mansion in your village, to annouce your arrival?? My Broda ,if your hussle is not in the village, dont waste your hard saving building a mansion for rodents, you hardly stay in the village for a month. i rather build a mansion were i hussle to make a living than in the village.....my opinion.

my dear there is this Igbo saying ( oso chuogi na MBA ichowa be nnagi) if they chase you from another man's land, ur father's land will harbour you.... hear me clearly before I have a mansion outside my home town I must first build one in my father's town.... do u know why NNEWI is one of the fastest developing urban areas in Nigeria , do u knw why industries scattered every nook and cranny of NNEWI after the civil war NNEWI people are the mose affected in Igbo land because they build an empire outside their locality , after the war they lose everything to abandon properties, their traditional ruler with the help of his cabinet (Ndi ichie and Ozo) passed it into law that before u build a company outside NNEWI or igboland you must first build one in ur community, if u don't want to build one in ur community u have to pay #20m to ur community development then u can build outside ur locally, failure to do so, ur people will boycott you. imaging holding a ceremony (Burial, marriage, naming ceremony) etc none of your kinsmen will attend it or even peep inside ur compound, imaging the embracement if u went to the market nobody will sold to you, now go to go NNEWI,
visit Nnewi if you
knows where it is. Right there , you
would see a city that does not
wait for government. Nnewi people
are so industrious that after years
of waiting endlessly for
government to provide basic
amenities, they have built their
own roads, have their own power
stations and their own water
works.
Just like Japan, Nnewi has
manufacturers of such things like
batteries, pistons, automobiles and
other products. These Nnewi
manufacturers have built schools
for the kids of their workers on
site, just like in Japan.... there is this ba friend of mine, he happens be one of the happening guy in PH, he live in a rented mansion which he paid 4mil a year, he drive choice cars as if tomorrow no dey, last month we went for his father's burial, do you knw that they still live in their grandfather's old house, that day we slept under the canopy, see embarrassment, a big guy that pay 4mil for rent still live in his grandpa house for village, that day we laughed at him tired, he wised ground go upon make he enter, my dear No place like home, unless witches and wizards full ur village, just look at the kind of place Mr basket mouth live for village... First ask yourself the economic justification for building a big house in the village that will be empty for the greater part of the year undecided

No matter how big your house in the village is it will never be big enough to accommodate all the guest that would come for an event a person is hosting in the village...

Most houses built in the villages in Igbo land are only ever occupied during Christmas and other seasonal festivities, it has nothing to do with fear of imaginary witches...Deal with it!!! undecided
