funstufz:They have done that of call tariff before. That was when minimum call rate was changed to 12k/s as directed by NCC. Any call rate less than that must have something like a fee or other condition attached to it. Remember mtn zone, if you've used it before? Then, in my area I used to call at 4k/s. NCC to me has only one mission, to oppress the masses. |
