Former Abia state governor ship aspirant, Alex otti was conferred with a chieftaincy title on Saturday November 26th. The ceremony took place at the palace of Eze Benard Enweremadu, the Ezeukwu One of Ngwaukwu in Abia state. Otti was conferred with the chieftaincy title of Egbo Ogu 1 of Ngwaukwu.
