FIFA 17 FIWC is open to both XBONE nd PS4 users, want to know if anyone else is trying to qualify and which network in Nigeria has less lag.

That would be hard if you live in nigeria. Qualfication is only open to residents of some countries.

That was the old format, now dey use Ultimate Team Championship and the only African country allowed is South Africa.
