About 2 days ago, the Telecommunication giant, MTN, said it has come to a final conclusion that commencing from Thursday, December 1st, 2016, it will increase the tariffs for some of its data plans. After hearing this news, a lot of wailing consumers like me have become speechless since we don't know whom to point fingers at, as MTN has shifted the blame to NCC In an SMS to subscribers, MTN said it was only complying with the new rates set by the Nigerian Communications Commission for operator. The SMS reads:To be sincere, this is obscure, don't you think our customer right should prevail?
