u re very correct. What stop them from mobilising all pcms was because of insufficient funds and now d funds re available as d supplementary budget has been approved since last week. so stream 2 re going by January God's willing.

the stated pollo is V-neck but I haven't seen any camp official checking our pollos or punishing anyone for wearing anything not round neck though I am yet to see a v-neck wearer here at Taraba. But a lot of people are wearing 3-quarter white shorts and they are walking freely here. Might be different across camps
