It means in simple terms, that what you will be paid is something you will hardly find elsewhere. Example; if the best hospital in Nigeria pays doctors NGN420, 000 then they will pay a competitive salary of between NGN380, 000 and NGN440, 000. Something not obtainable easily. 2 Likes |
