pls house i got a new job last 6 months ago and I'm through with my probation period...can i ask for salary increment..since my confirmation letter is out...my salary is poor although we didn't discuss any thing abt salary |

edlion57:It depends on the way you perceive the person or people in charge of the company. If they are the type that won't nag at you or threaten you of losing the job, I think you may ask them for increment. |

Most times after confirmation, salaries are reviewed upwards. Just ask the HR. |
