It must not necessarily be a serious health problem, could be stress or anything. Wait for next month. |

You might have a late period due to stress.
Birth control pills can also cause lighter, less frequent, or no period at all. |

If it is just a one off then stress could be a factor. If it happens often, then you may have hormonal imbalances. Your doctor would be able to advise better after tests. |
