I GUESS OR THINK MANY PEOPLE ARE CONFUSED CONCERNING THIS NPC. SOME SAY WHAT IS THE WORK OF CIVIL DEFENCE. MY PEOPLE, NPC AND CIVIL DEFENCE ARE NOT THE SAME. THEY MAY BE SISTERS BUT THEIR OBJECTIVES ARE DIFFERENT, WHILE ENSURING SANITY THROUGH CIVIL DEFENCE WITH WEAPON IF NEEDED, NPC USES DIALOGUE TO SETTLE DISPUTE, THEY EMPOWER THE COMMUNITY THROUGH SKILL ACQUISITIONS WHICH IS NOT MENTIONED IN THE OBJECTIVES OF THE CIVIL DEFENCE. THEY(CIVIL DEFENCE AND NPC) CANT CLASH BECAUSE WEAPON DOESNT SOLVE ALL PROBLEMS. MOST TIMES, THE USE OF CONVERSATION HELPS A LOT, ORDINARY "AM SORRY" AND "THANK U" WILL GO ALONG WAY THAN RIFLE AND AMMUNITION. IT IS TIME TO THINK, ACT AND SUPPORT THE AGENDA OF THIS NEW ORGANISATION...
LETS GIVE THEM A CHANCE.. .LONG LIVE NIGERIA, LONG LIVE MR PRESIDENT, LONG LIVE NIGERIANS, LONG LIVE NPC

I understand some officials are asking for 60,000 Naira before they can shortlist even after purchasing application form.
