hello great NL.. pls I need advice and clue on this.
I have a small piece of land measuring 50feet by 37feet.
50ft is supposedly the breath and d frontal while 37feet is the length. . my question is, can I build a simple 3 bedroom bungalow that can accommodate two cars?

See question o. That depends on the size of the structures. A toy storey building and rubber cars numbering up to 10 can enter.

sorry its not possibe

with bungalow you will need an underground car pack to achieve this

and if you wanted a duplex, rooms will be taken above to save land space.

tnx alot bro. . appreciate. will probably look at a duplex.

Currently doing a similar design for a nairalander it's quite small had all rooms upstairs to accommodate the space for car parking.
