They are only demanding for their entitlement. They work for this and deserve their earnings, even the Bible says a Labourer deserves his wage. Are you now supporting the State Governors who divert NYSC allowance for their personal gains? You can only advice him to have a part-time job if his schedule allows it so he earns extra-pay, but this right here is his right!
