go for EXPIRED domain names with rich keyword and high search overview. You buy low and go elsewhere and sell high. Expired/deleted domain cost $9 but not all are valuable or sellable. That's where you need to work research and read more.

morning pals this is the OP. Icee20 has been deactivated, reason is that i prefer this handle to that one so don't be confused. in continuation on how to successfully park your domain to enable ads to show on it below is how to change your nameservers after listing it at a parking company;
go back to your registrar and login to your account, click on manage domains, click on the particular domain you want to change the nameservers, once it opens, search for "nameservers" under the table, click on it and edit it to your parking company's own inside the two boxes you will see there. e.g bodis nameservers are
NS1.BODIS.COM
NS2.BODIS.COM
click save and that's all. once they verify that you're the owner of the domain adverts will be displayed on it within 24hrs.

that's why it's good to go for keyword rich domains as a newbie. if the domain name is rich and popular enough you must sell it even within 6 months while parked, except you don't want to sell it yet.

for faster sale target rich keyword domains that have HIGH search volume and enduser companies. your domain may not sell very fast due to lack of the above listed factors and other requirements however list for sale at afternic and undeveloped then change the name servers to undeveloped.
