I lost my android phone some months back and am about getting a new one, more expensive than the first one... Now i want to secure tis phone.. I am thinking of installing a GPS tracker chip that can be accessed even if the phone is formatted or factory reseted.

I know how painful it was loosing the first phone, and i want to secure this new one i am about to buy

Please how possible is this? Any idea? Thanks
