JOINT VENTURE (J.V) OF UNCOMPLETED MODULAR REFINERY PROJECT @IWOPIN,
OGUN STATE : DPR License for 27,000 Barrels per day ,Federal Ministry of Environment Site Verification & Application receipt, Acquisition of 32 Hectares, Construction of Refinery gate, Construction of 4 gate houses, Construction of Refinery Clinic, Construction of Refinery Laboratory, Construction of Fire House, Construction of Banks Houses, Construction of Permanent Fence, Construction of Pipes for the Refinery base, Construction of Tankers park (on going), Construction of Culverts on the Refinery access road ,Construction of Refinery Jetty, Fen!!cing and Block work round the Refinery (on going), Project Vehicles, Total cost of the finishing of the Refinery is $1.6b dollars, Amount expended is #1.1b naira only
FACILLITATORS FEE : 2% of the Value of the Project
