I am meant to apply for a change of course since I was not given my first choice.
So my question is, am I meant to apply for the change before printing admission letter?

Ahh wan Faint ooo . Admission letter printing na N1000 oooo . I've done mine already. Well coloured, both Candidate copy and institution copy. I was charged by the cyber cafe N500 ( N200 for each coloured print out and N100 for d 30 mins I spent online). Dem don chop una money ooo . I sure sey by nw d cyber cafe owner go dey chop turkey for hin parlour

It shouldn't be more than ₦4500... ₦2500 for change of course, ₦500 for d service... ₦1000 for printing adm Letter and ₦500 for his service... total= ₦4500
